Washer won't spin
Model Number: WLE6500B1WW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Wife was washing two small bath rugs. After the wash cycle emptied, refilled but would not go into spin cycle. Had to empty rinse water by hand. Will start on wash cycle. How to start troubleshooting ???

Hi.
Most likely the drain pump and the drain hoses are blocked with the rug's particles. Take off and clean the hoses, pump and flash the tub. Thank you. Post the results. Simon.
