Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/12/2012(UTC) Posts: 1		Our Kenmore Elite washer (model 11016972500) purchased in 2005 will only complete the wash cycle on HEAVY DUTY setting. :confused: All other settings cut out early on in cycle. Any ideas on possible culprit or where to start looking? I hate washing everything on the heavy duty cycle! Thanks!!
