Serial # CT4270896 Believe this is the control board and this serial # may be under a recall. However, the Main control board was just replaced last year. Can someone verify which board is th issue? I am going to call 800-659-7026 on minday to see if I can get the warrenty moving. Thanks

AP3919482 (8564392) CNTRL-ELEC was the board replaced last year.....

The part number you posted is for User Interface board while "F1" error code means "Primary control failure" and suggested correction is to replace the machine/motor control assembly.

My serial # is in the recall list.
800-659-9083 gave me the run around and said it was in the list, but that the were only recalling up to CT35 now.

I called the 800-847-9083 and they have a control board on the way to me..

I had the F1 code last year and ended up paying $300 to get a new board installed. I have just had another problem with my machine, different code is oL. A very smart and ethical repair company told me to call Sears about a rework on the board. They just came out on Saturday and replaced the board for free. It took awhile to get an appointment due to them sending out the part. So if you are getting the F1 code, by all means call 1-800-659-7026 and schedule an appointment.

Unfortunately, this did not resolve my problem, will post on the oL problem blog topic next.
