Model Number: wtw5700sw0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
So my last washer I trashed and bought a used one that seemed okay, when I got home I noticed it is off balance. The tub shakes bad on spin cycle and shakes the cabinet as well. It is okay to use but I can tell it will be getting worse soon. I am curious if the problem is with the springs, balance pads, or balance ring. How can you tell which one is causing the problem or if the balance ring is bad? The cabinet makes a noise when the tub is spinning as well but I believe this will be alleviated when the balance is returned. Should I just replace all the parts, I am comfortable doing so if I have to.
PS- it is not the legs, I made sure the machine was in balance!! Thank anyone in advance for their help!!!!!! Ads By Google Related Models |
