Washer adds water and empties water but agitator doesn't work. I assume the belt is off or broken. But there doesn't appear to be an easy access to fix the problem. Help, don't have the manual:confused:

You can access the front by removing the front panel, but if the machine spins the belt is not the problem.

To take off the front panel carefully insert a screw driver in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release clips that hold the front panel on.

If it will spin, pull off the agitator and try replacing the agitator coupling you will find underneath it.
