Machine just stops in the middle of washing cycle just before it turns to rinse. Two or three times when I open the lid and shut it again , machine starts to work again. Can anyone one help me to identify the problem? Thanks..

So i tried by keeping some weight on that place where the switch is and it worked. Now I wanted to know how to fix the lid switch. Thank you.
