My washer had an nd code that would indicate there is something wrong with the pump. I took the pump apart, no debris, no hoses clogged, blah, blah, blah. I could hit the control button and make it finish its cycle, but kept getting ND code.

Called repair guys out and couldn't help without the tech sheets. No tech sheets in my machine. Called Maytag and they can't give me the tech sheets because they don't give them to the general public.

I bought some parts from repair ************ and replaced the main control board and then wouldn't spin at high speed, clothes came out wet, etc.

I replaced the pump and still having the same problem.

In with the control board was a self test module that they told me was just a diagnostic tool. This turned out to be a mems sensor and it was needed for the new control board to work properly with my machine. It now works fine again.

I won't be putting anymore money into the thing and won't be calling anymore repair people or Maytag.

This washer is a piece of crap and no one really knows how to service the thing.
