I replaced my control board (137007000)to fix washer but nothing changed. The washer just flashes between minutes left for cycle and pause. The washer will not show a error code E?? whenever I hold down the Start/Pause and Cancel buttons. Checking the wax motor assembly, I noticed that I always have 120 volts supplied to the wax motor. Should that be?

Focus on the door lock assembly and motor control board since you have already replaced the main control board.
