Model Number: GST9679PW1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
After the last rinse cycle, the final spin cycle intermittently works. I have to open the lid, and turn the tub clockwise until i feel it get some resistance. Even then, it's a gamble on whether or not it will spin. (or spin fast enough to get some of the water out of the clothes.) Any ideas are welcomed.

Unfortunately, the drive block was in good shape. So I guess now I'm left with troubleshooting the clutch, or do you suggest just replacing the clutch at this point. For replacement, do you have another handy video. The vid for the drive block replacement was exactly how a how-to video should be.
Thanks, Adam |
