Pump is humming
Model Number: WPDH8800J1MG Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
 washer will not go in to the spin cycle and drain, the pump is humming and the water will not drain. The pump whemn plug in will turn but moving by hand it moves but not freely like a fan. i'm wondering if the realy is bad or the pump needs to be replace. thank You in Advance Ads By Google Related Models

Check the inlet and outlet pump hoses for any restrictions. Check if the pump gets 120VAC.
