Default washer won't agitate or spin
Model Number: GLTF1670ASG   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 1 - 5 years

After using this site to find a problem I had with my washer not draining I removed the mangled popsicle stick from the drain pump inlet and put everything back together to discover the washer would now drain but not agitate or spin. I hear the switches cycling but no agitation. I might add that I heard a popping sound when I was moving the washer back into place but I didn't smell anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Are there fuses...?

Check to see that the belt is not broken.

If it is ok, a possible problem is the speed control board.

Here is the service manual which will show you how to do some troubleshooting. See page 50 in particular.
