Moffat Topload Washer won't agitate
Model Number: MHDSE165H0WW Brand: -brand- Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a Moffat MHDSE165H0WW washer. It fills but then it makes a loud solenoid click hums for about 3 seconds and then makes another loud solenoid click. It does this about three or four times and then I get all the LEDs blinking and have to unplug it to clear it. I can get it to drain and go into spin cycle but it won't go into agitation mode. Is it my transmission or is it something cheaper like a clutch or break assembly?
Does the agitator pull out of this model or does it have a retaining screw or nut at the top? I can't get the cap and washer out that sits under the fabric softener dispenser. Ads By Google Related Models
