Washer Down
Model Number: Lat9804abe Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
Hi
My washer fills but will not fill, spin or drain. Power light comes on. How do I test to see if it is a lid switch? Also, could it be the timer switch? Thanks. Ads By Google Related Models

Hi.
The first thing to check are the lid and check switches. Open the control panel and with the washer unplugged install the test jumper wire at the Red and 2Yellow wires of the check switch (smaller one). Turn the power on.
