moved washer into SUV, laid on its side. Reinstalled washer into new house. It washes but wont spin. It sounds like a motors humming, no burnt smell, just loudly humming but its not spinning. Will manaully still so its not 'locked' in place or anything. Tried resetting dial to spun and drain only--- same humming sound, no spin. Opened front of washer-- checked black belt-- its in tact, not slipped off or anyhing, Washers about a year or so old. excellent condition.
