Machine squeaked as it spun before it failed. It performs all other functions but will not spin. Investigation proved that a fine white plastic dust found under the unit. Broke it down to the tub assembly (removed tub) found source of grind-ed plastic. I suspect that the something inside the transmission has failed causing the tub to fall down enough to grind the bottom?

What parts am I looking for to replace/repair?

The white powder stuff is the remains of your snubber, this part here

but there may also be a problem in the support structure or elsewhere, or it may just be the snubber.
