Suspension Spring Retainer
Model Number: KAWS750GQ1 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
I found the rear suspension spring on the floor to the right under the washer. I ordered all 3 springs. I replaced the front one and left one, but could not replace the rear right spring that had fallen to the ground because the RETAINER is missing. I searched the floor and the base of the washer. Where could it go? The spring must have pulled the retainer out. The spring was on the floor. Where could the retainer go? It doesn't make sense that I cannot find it.

Hi
Maybe it got hung up on the frame of the washing machine and didn't make it to the floor.
