The machine stops, but the door won't unlock. I get answers for the Neptune side loading unit, but no answers on how to unlock this one. It's a top loading unit and the door unlock light keeps blinking and the door wont unlock.

How do I get my clothes out?

Ok, in the back there are 2 brackets anchored by two screws that hold the top to the washing machine. Once I took the brackets off, the entire top came off and we removed the clothes.

Unplugging the machine did not help. We left it unplugged for an hour and when we plugged it back in, it still was locked and the light saying it was locked was still blinking.
