I ran the diagnostic check and the screen showed an F25 error code. In the drain/spin cycle it pumps out the water, but the tub will only rotate 3/4 of a turn a nd shuts down before the allotted time.
Same situation in the wash cycle.

Hi.

Unplug the unit and check the harness and all the plugs between the motor, motor control unit and main control.

Plug in the washer and try. If he same problem exists -

replace the MCU Part number: W10246290

Per manufacture there is still a chance that the CCU board is bad. I would start with the motor control first.

If you purchase parts from APP you may return them even if they been installed.
