door not locked
Model Number: GLTF2940FS2 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
My washer is on pause, the door light is not on. I held pause and stop and the error message was E41. I checked the door lock latch on the door and it looks fine. I even unplugged the door lock and switch assembly, dust it off, pretty sure that did not do any good. I want to know what else I should check before ordering a new door lock latch? Thank you!
