washer runs all seems good until spin cycle. Mashine makes loud humming noise then nothing. All washer cycles quit. No warning light....nothing.

HI.

First check if the motor will run without the transmission and pump. Check if the pump is jammed.

If the motor still hums check the amps draw and if it's more then rated (see the motor tag) replace the speed selector switch Part number: 3953144
