I have a top load washer that leaks because the drum is tilted at an angle. The water would hit the rim of the drum/tub and leak out from the back. I found a broken spring part# AP4459650 and had that replaced. I even had the suspension spring and suspension bracket removed. Yet the problem is still there. Can someone help me? Thanks.

Sounds like a problem with your suspension or pads.

Take a look at this site for some guidance

Hey Sidfink43, I have already changed the suspension springs. So all 4 springs have already been replaced. However, the drum is still tilted towards the motor. I have no clue why. Does the drum need to be alined or something???

The drum is not aligned on anything, and the whole apparatus floats on the suspension pads. Sounds like something out of whatck on your suspension, may have occurred when you replaced the springs but without being there I really cannot add much more to the conversation.

Maybe someone else can chime in here.

Is the skate plate kit suppose to be 'loose'. Nothing seems to be attached to it.
