I think you need to attack this baby from the top and front, and you also need a service manual. Here it is. http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/489_5.pdf Let us know how it goes and if you need more info. good luck

You have not told us what the problem is and why you felt you had to replace the belt.
If you can give us a good description of what the washer is doing or not doing then we can probably give you some suggestions. thanks

Well it was whining when it had always been normal...cant remember what else...its been out for 2 months now. I thought I may leave the front off tomorrow and plug it in and turn it on and see exactly what I hear. I do know it would feel up normally I want to say it start when the agitator started moving. I can let u know more tomorrow.
