Hi,
I have a Duet washer that refuses to spin, and is giving the F 06 code. I removed the MCU board and found that one of the 6 transistors/voltage regulators (Not sure what they are specifically) was burned at 2 of the pins. I removed it, but am having a hard time figuring out a replacement. There are 2 numbers printed on it: K06N60 at the top and GAG447 on the right side. I have searched both numbers and cannot find any reference to guide me to a replacement.
All 6 of these 3 pin components were seated under the heat sink on the board.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Karl
