Please Help
When plugging in I hear three beeps and ERR is displayed. When pushing the start button the TEMP changes. A control board or lock? I do not know how to get the err code?

Hi.
To get the failure code:

- press any button
- wait for 5 sec.
- press and hold the Start/Pause and Cancel buttons simultaneously. As long as buttons are held, the failure code will appear.

Hi Simon
Ok, If I do that nothing happens. In fact the Start/Pause button only changes the Temperature lights. Every button changes the Temperature lights! Same for the Cancel or Select. The turn knob changes the time in the window and the mode.

Check all the plugs at the control board, the wire harness and if everything is OK - replace the control board

Hi Simon
I will check the connections and if I still have the problem and will order the control board. I suspected that from before but the main thing that seems to go wrong is the door latch. Thanks so much for the advice.
