My Whirlpood gas dryer only lights sometimes during start-up. When it doesn't light the ignotor does not glow at all. I pulled the ignitor and when connected to 115v it glows. I then checked the amount of volts feeding to the ignitor and found that sometimes I get approx 115v and other times only 25volts. What would cause the ignitor to not receive the full 115v?
