Gibson Washer
Model Number: gwt445rfs2 Brand: Gibson Age: More than 10 years
I have replaced the door lock with lock part number AP4455026 and the striker with AP3580441. I cannot close the door. Help.

This is a Frigidaire made model.
If you think the parts you got from APP are defective call the company and arrange for a return and replacement. They are very good about that.
