when it goes into final spin the water is drained and the motot is running but the final spin does not move I have the motor out and the coulpler is still good

Hi.

When the washer is in the spin open and in 5 sec.close the lid.
If it spins - replace the timer.
If not - the clutch.

Hi.

Your washer has a "neutral drain" transmission. This means that the washer first draining the water and then timer is pausing for a few seconds to engage the spin gear inside the transmission. When the timer turn on the motor after the pause the basket start spinning.
