Model Number: LAT 8435AAE   Brand: Maytag   Age: 1 - 5 years   

My Maytag washer keeps burning out new fuses in the lid and check switches assembly.

you need one of these.

the two switches interact, and if one is not switching (at the correct time) it is designed to blow the fuse.
