The washer will not drain. It does go thru the wash cycle but when it gets to the point to drain all you get is a hum for a bit then the unit stops and the only way to get it to do anything after that is unplug it and plug back in. When I stop the unit and advance it to the rinse cycle it does the same thing, stops at the drain portion and hums until it stops. It won't even do a spin. The washer has power. I don't believe its the lid switch because that works during the wash cycle and I have pulled the drain pump off and it does rotate but I don't know how freely it should spin. It has some resistance to it. Please advise. Thanks.

Remove the washer cabinet. Remove the pump and check for a foreign objects inside the pump and hoses. Bellow are the video instructions. - The drain pump Part number: 3363394
