top loading washer doesn't spin

Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

my washing machine seems to fill and drain properly but doesn't seem to spin. It sounds like its spinning or at least making a humming noise but when a load is complete the clothes are still sopping wet
