I have a Whirlpool Gold Catalyst Washer that the Agitator will not move. I have checked the Motor Coupler and 1 of the plastic pieces (motor side) was stripped out and cracked through (none of the ears were broken).

I have ordered a new drive coupler, but have noticed that the agitator is locked (will not move), and this is while the motor is disconnected.

Any suggestions?

Hi.

Replace the coupling, there is no problem with the agitator.

Thank you.

Simon.
