Washer not working
Model Number: 110.27082601 Brand: Sears Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a sears High efficiency top loading washing machine. The washer powers up when you push the power button, however, when you push the start button all it does is sit there and hum, nothing else happens. If you push the off button , nothing happens. It only clears if you unplug it. Where do I start???

Did it show any error code?
Perform the diagnostics as described in the attached tech sheet and post the results. Gene.
