I repaired our LG washer about a month ago. The wife is afraid to use it as it now vibrates so bad that nothing can be kept on top of it. It shakes so bad (especially during spinning) that everything vibrates off of it.

The original problem was the front bearing and spider. The spider was broken and the drum was wearing a grove in the front tub cover. We replaced the tub cover, both bearings, seal and the spider and eventually the damper assemblies.

The whole unit works pretty well, but not as good as it use to, during diagnostics with nothing in it. Once something is put in the washer, though, the vibration can be very violent causing the machine to shake considerably. There is a slight wobble during diagnostic spin but not huge. As soon as anything is put in the washer though, the wobble becomes a major problem.

Anything I can check prior to tearing it all apart again to check the spider?
