We have removed the bolt with the 7/16 tool, but are unable to separatethe two from one another. Its like something is latching it together. Again, the bolt is now out but dog ears not removed yet, can't get to them. Washer works without dog me fixing it, just doesn't agitate properly and I don't want to break it...please advise! Thanks!

I cannot find any info on the given model number.

Perhaps try YouTube, search for AppliancPartsPros.
There are a couple videos about replacing the dogs.
Sometimes the halves are difficult to separate and need a good pull.

Thanks for trying to help me! I kept reading more reviews and to my surprise and great joy, I found the immersing the whole agitator in my laundy sink full of hot water for an hour, taking it out an giving it a very hard pull it still didn't work. But I decided to give it one more ole' college try, this times with rubber dishwashing gloves to get a good grip and it came apart! So anyone reading this...try it..it works!
