I have noticed that when I try to select a load type on this washer that it goes back to the one it was already on and also when I hit the other type of load botton it beeps but will not change. Right now the load is set on quick wash. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited.

Sounds like the problem is a bad key pad which is a part of the console but there is a small chance for the machine control board to be bad as well. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not provide reliable diagnostics procedure for such situation.
