I bought this washer machine about three years ago. The repair man came out once because the washer would start washing before it filled up , then at the end of the cycle it would fill up again and not spin or drain out. He replaced the timer. About 1 year later it started to do the same thing again, it was not under warranty so my Dad ordered the part from Appliance Pro and replaced it on March 6 2012. It worked fine until yesterday, it is doing it again. When we called Appliance Pro the customer service told us there may be something else causing the timer to go bad. If you could help us figure this out, it would be great. Thanks, Penny

In such situation you have to replace the timer and the load sensing switch together.

- The load sensing switch Part number: W10248240
Part number: W10248240

- The timer Part number: W10243947
Part number: W10243947

If you ordered the timer from APP less than a year ago, it should be under the parts warranty.
