I have an LG Front Load washing machine. It will not turn on at all. I have tried all of the manual suggestions to troubleshoot & none have worked.
In looking at the replacement parts, there are 2 control boards. Does anyone have an idea as to what each one does - they are parts F110 & F210. Thanks for any help.

Check for incoming and outgoing 120 VAC at the noise filter (#A485 at the diagram). If the incoming voltage is incorrect, check the wall outlet and the power cord. If the incoming voltage is correct but outgoing reading is wrong, replace the noise filter. If there is nothing wrong but the LED is off, replace the main PWB (#A450). - The main PWB Part number: EBR32268001
