I have a Kenmore washer (made by Whirlpool) that agitates/washes fine. It will run a complete wash cycle then run a complete spin cycle after washing. The machine will then fill for the rinse cycle and agitate in a normal manner. It will start to drain and spin but once the water gets near the bottom of the basket is stops spinning and make a "clicking" sound. The water continues to drain out but does not spin. It only stops spinning in the rinse cycle. It spins fine in the wash cycle.

I have already replaced the motor coupling and the clutch.
