I have a Kenmore Elite Oasis He washer and received and error message of DL. We checked all the connection and everything is secure. We then unplugged and went to restart and wouldn't do anything except beep and if you hit the 2nd rinse button the lock would lock but nothing else would happen. When you hit cancel it would release the lock. Would replacing the latch correct this? Thanks

Hi. The DL code most of the time means that the latch is bad. Check the connection to control board, the wire harness. If all checks OK - replace the latch. There is a possibility of the control board going bad. The latch Part number: W10059230
The control board Part number: W10189966
You can always return unused parts even if they been installed. Thank you. Post the results. Simon.
