My Frigidaire Gallery Supream front loader will fill but drum will not turn at all the usual sequences. Seams to move a little like it was thinking about it, but no rotation or spin at any time. I took machine apart, checked pump and cleaned hose. Pump works fine and has good drain pressure. I ordered new door lock, installed and no go. Spindles look like new. Drum turns freely by hand. Motor turns freely by hand. (with or without belt in place.) Machine looks new inside and out. I am about to throw in the towel. Very wet towel.

You should have found some tech notes inside the lower service panel that tell you how to do some troubleshooting.

Try replacing the speed/motor control board, that is frequently the problem on these models if you are certain the pump is cleaned out and working well.
