The cold water runs so slow it takes 40 mins to fill the drum. I replaced the hoses, but still reuns very slow and just from the very ends of the spout in the washer. What do I do now?

Most likely the problem is a clogged screen inside the water inlet valve or a bad water inlet valve itself. If you need the correct part number, post the complete model number of the washer.
