Moving cross country so was looking for the bolts I needed to lock down the tub of the Maytag Neptune. Noticed on the website that another person asked the same question and was told that the Neptune does not use locking bolts but instead a strap was used when the washer was first delivered and that they no longer make the straps. In the Q & A section the A part indicated that if moving the washer, one can tie the tub down from the inside.........my question is "Exactly how do I tie the tub down?" Do I feed the rope in from the back of the machine or the front? Do I feed the rope into the inside and if so, then what???? Mover said if the tub isn't secured he won't move it. Please explain exactly how to go about tying the tub down. Thank you.
