no power to front loader

Model Number: fwt645rhs0 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years

washer doesn't do anything. checked voltage at timer, it's ok. replaced door lock and it has proper voltage, unit won't do anything even when i advance timer by hand. Please help. Thank yoy.

Make sure there is proper voltage to the door switch when you pulled out the timer knob. If the reading is incorrect, replace the timer.

Does the light inside go on when you open the door?
