I have a Frigidaire front load washer that works great, except it runs through the cycles very slowly. Instead of 45 minutes it takes 4-5 hours to complete a cycle. Can you help?

In between cycles it just sits there for up to 20 min.

How to fix?

We really need a model number, it should be inside the door or on the back.
