Please see attached pictures.
It seems like somehting was broke off at the end of the water hose where the water fills the wash tub.
Please help me to determine which part do I need to replace?

Hi Tim,

Remove the front panel. Remove the screws secured the top panel from the front and lift the top panel up. It will give you access to determine the cause of the leak.
