My washing machine agitates really really slow. It spins great and the clothes come out clean, but I know this isnt right and do not want to cause any long term damage....HELP!

Can you hear a metal-to-metal "clunking" sounds at the beginning of the agitation cycle?

Remove the front panel. Locate the motor status LED on top of the motor, under the inverter plate. Watch how this LED is flashing and post the result.
