Default wash tub off center
Model Number: LSR6244AWO   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years

the wash tub seems to be loose and off center. when water is filling, it splashes on the back rim of the tub. And the 2nd thing is, when I took off th back and looked underneath, Isaw the belt just hanging loosely around the center drive.

The first thing I would do is remove the cabinet and inspect all suspension springs and brackets.

- Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool washer Model LSR6244AW0

Post the results, please.

Gene.

P.S. Your washer does not have any belts.
