My Kenmore series 90 plus model 110.28942891, serial number CJ2505975 does not dispense fabric softer. I checked the front dispensers and they are not clogged and I checked the hoses to where they connect in the middle and they are also clear.

What is the likely problem and how do I confirm the problem?
