my washer will run all the way to the end of its cycle,but when it comes to rinsing the waher will not pick up speed;it sill spins but will not kick in to a higher speed of the spin and the cloth is still driping with water ....please help.

Hi.

Lift the top (two clips one on each side), remove the front panel.
The motor glides on the plate while it reversing increasing the belt tension, check if
that plate is smooth.
Clean and put a little of the WD40.
The belt may be stretched a bit.
