Just purchased this washer used from a "friend of a friend" and had to replace the belt. Belt has been replaced but now the tub spins really fast while in "wash" cycle. This causes the water to splash around and is causing the load to become off balance (happens with only 4 pieces of clothes on Med load). What is causing the tub to spin during the wash cycle?
